The Challenge

Swale Council’s rough sleeper team was struggling to secure housing for individuals with complex circumstances who were unable to access standard accommodation pathways. Without suitable placements available, many clients were left sleeping rough, with limited options for recovery or stability.

The Solution

Link Property collaborated with the council to secure a residential property and convert it into a licensed HMO. This property was made available exclusively for use by the rough sleeper team, offering a consistent and accessible accommodation option for clients who otherwise remained unhoused.
