The Challenge

Thanet Council was facing a shortage of suitable accommodation for larger families, often leaving them in cramped or unsuitable temporary housing. This impacted children’s wellbeing, privacy, and access to education.

The Solution

Link Property sourced and secured a large five-bedroom property with the flexibility to be adapted to six bedrooms if required. Although located slightly outside the borough, the property provided the space and security needed to house a family that had been in unsuitable accommodation for some time.
