Guaranteed Rent is a service where Link Property leases your property for an agreed period and pays you a fixed monthly rental income – regardless of whether the property is occupied or vacant. We then manage all aspects of the property, including finding and vetting tenants, handling maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including HHSRS standards.
